Be prepared to FEEL the emotions connected with your issue. WORDS are not necessary once we have discussed the issue before we get started in the process (in other words, your “story” of what happened is not important-FEELING it is!)

Give yourself permission to emotionalize the issues during the process. With many people, they have stuffed it down and have told themselves that it is not ok to feel this. This is not a “bad” thing in the sense that this is how we have been able to survive in this world and not be consumed by what has happened to us, in order for us to move forward in our lives. But stuffing down your emotions will never create happiness in your life and must be released. Learn More Here

Your Part: Feeling your Issue and Breathing

*There are 2 keys to making this process work-Feeling and Breathing. If you do not do both, this healing process does not work.

 1.  Feeling Your Issue

*Be prepared to bring any of your issues that are holding you back (fears, conflicts, pain, hurt, phobias, etc.)-Write them down and bring the list with you if it is easier.

*Be prepared to FEEL the emotions connected with your issue.

However, stuffing down your emotions will never create happiness in your life and must be released.

So in this session, you MUST feel it. Sometimes, instead of feeling it, some people will start to focus on the things that stop them from feeling it (usually things that make them happy) or other people will want to talk in order to create a diversion. Stay focused on the issue at hand by feeling it until it is gone.

2.  Breathing

You will need to take steady, even, deep breaths from the diaphragm continually throughout the process, in through your nose and out through your mouth (or in through the mouth if the nose is stuffy for whatever reason). The out-breath is more critical than the in-breath but in order to have a good out-breath, you need that deep in-breath. I spend 3⁄4 of my time keeping you breathing throughout the process because when we feel those painful issues, people will often breathe shallowly from the chest or even stop breathing. This is a normal reaction when we feel our negativity or emotional pain. But if you do this, the release does not happen so I help you overcome the normal breathing reaction to pain.

If you are not breathing this way, I will be breathing in the way that I need you to breathe (so FOLLOW my breath) or I will be coaching you like a midwife.

Think of using your breath to blow all of your pain out of your body. Think of blowing out birthday candles on a birthday cake when you blow them all out in one big breath. If you don’t breathe it out of yourself, nothing happens.

My Part: helping your to breath and tapping on your physical body in places where ever you hold your pain.

I am merely a conduit for Spirit to work through me to support you. YOU are the one doing the work and I am simply assisting you. Think of me like a midwife.

I am here to help you clear out your emotional pain and I help you 2 ways to get it out— helping your to breath and tapping on your physical body in places where ever you hold your pain.

I tap on your physical body to avoid feedback from you such as “I am getting light-headed or I am getting a headache” or “My throat is feeling tight or constricted” or “My chest feels like a heavy weight is sitting on it” or “My stomach feels knotted or nauseous. If you give me that kind of feedback, you are telling me where you hold your negativity or emotional pain. But the heavy energy is getting stuck if you give me that feedback so I tap to break that heavy energy into smaller pieces to come out of you easier and hopefully avoid the physical reactions during your session.

I will be asking you throughout your session what are you are experiencing mentally, emotionally and physically—in other words, what memories or thoughts are you having, what negative or painful emotion are you feeling and do you feel anything physically (the 2 most common physical feelings are either a heaviness or a pins-and-needles-falling-asleep feeling that makes you want to shake out your limbs.

I will ask you on a scale of 0-10 how strong or intense is your emotional response. 10 is MY number that states this is the worse that you feel during your session (even though you may describe the intensity as a 50), 0 is gone so 5 is about ½ gone. THERE IS NO WRONG NUMBER—IT SIMPLY HELPS ME TO IDENTIFY WHERE YOU ARE AT IN YOUR RELEASE PROCESS.

The process continues until ALL the emotion of your pain and/or negativity is completely dissipated. For the first time in your life, it will be COMPLETELY AND PERMANENTLY gone. I stay with you throughout the process until it is gone and you never feel it again.

On average, expect your session to last approximately 2 hours.

Miscellaneous

*If you get cold, let me know and I’ll cover you with a blanket. Sometimes when we are releasing emotions/energy quickly, our body temperature drops.

*If you need to use the restroom, during the process, please DO! It will not interrupt the process and is part of it. We store a lot of emotions in our bladder and when we relieve ourselves, it quickens the releasing process plus you instantly feel better.

*Feel free to share what is happening to you throughout the process. This will help me monitor what is energetically happening with you. However, I WILL NOT LET YOU TALK VERY LONG. Talking is a way to avoid your negativity or emotional pain and the energy stops moving if you go into your mind. Remember, this is an “energy moving” process and not a mental one-2 very different modalities with very different results.

*I will be having you drink water throughout the session so please bring some with you. You are doing a lot of breathing so you may get thirsty during your session.
